Staycation (Richmond, VA)

So, I've decided to stay close to home for this week off. There's plenty (too much, in fact) to do. The weather is beautiful -- 70-80ish F -- and I can already (on my first official day off) feel the tension draining from my shoulders.

My morning zumba gets me moving and sweating. I follow it with a stretching class that verges on -- but doesn't become -- yoga (which makes me tense and trembly). I'm tight as a rubber band before you finger-shoot it, but by the end of the session, I am as loose and as flexible as I'll ever be. I am so relaxed that I hardly recognize myself.


Nice way to start my staycation.
